Auto-Scheduler Wizard
Generate an entire season's round-robin schedule in minutes with a guided three-step wizard. Step one sets your constraints — season date range, playable days of the week, and available game time slots. Step two selects which teams and field locations to include. Step three shows a full summary of your selections with the calculated games per team, then one click on "Generate Schedule" creates every matchup automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual juggling — just define your parameters and let TeamCav handle the rest.
Schedule Calendar & Event Management
Manage your league's entire schedule from a powerful calendar dashboard with Month, Week, and Day views, plus a List toggle for table-style browsing. Filter by event type, division, team, location, or week. Create individual events with full control — event type (Game, Practice, Tournament), home/away toggle, date, time, arrival time (displayed in bold orange), duration, week number, location, home and away teams, and referee assignments with an "Add Official" option. Blackout dates are built in to block holidays and facility closures, and conflict detection validates venue and team availability before saving.
Game Day Schedule View
Switch to Day view to see every event happening on a specific date — each game card shows the time, matchup, league, and venue at a glance. Perfect for game day coordination when multiple teams are playing across different fields. Edit or delete any event directly from the card, and use the date navigation arrows to step through the season day by day.
Next Game Card & Mobile Schedule
The mobile Schedule tab puts everything parents need front and center. An expandable "Next Game" card shows the opponent, date, time, arrival time in bold orange, location with a tappable map link, and volunteer assignments (Snacks, Drinks, Field Setup) so families know exactly who's handling what. Below the card, the full season schedule lists every upcoming game and practice with date, time, and venue — all filterable by event type.
Player Availability & RSVP
Parents and players RSVP for every event — practices and games — with a simple Yes, Maybe, or No tap, plus an optional note for context. Each event card shows the type, date, time, and venue so families can make informed decisions quickly. Coaches see a real-time headcount before every session, making lineup planning and substitution strategy easier to manage well in advance of game day.
