Financial Health Dashboard
See your league's complete financial picture at a glance — Total Billed, Collected, Outstanding, and Overdue amounts with invoice counts, plus a real-time Collection Rate displayed as a visual progress ring. Filter by age group or team, search by parent name or invoice ID, and toggle between All, Paid, Pending, Overdue, Partial, and Financial Aid views. Every invoice shows the parent, team, status, total, amount paid, remaining balance, due date, and creation date.
Mobile Invoice & Payments
Parents view and pay their invoices directly from the mobile app. Each invoice shows the amount, registration name, and status. Tap to see a full summary with itemized charges and total due, then pay instantly through Stripe's secure native payment sheet — supporting credit cards, debit cards, and Stripe Link for one-tap checkout. A "Pay Custom Amount" option lets parents make partial payments toward their balance.
