Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your TeamCav account and associated data.
This page explains how to request deletion of your TeamCav account and the data associated with it. TeamCav is operated by Coding Cavalry LLC. These instructions apply to the TeamCav mobile app and the TeamCav web platform.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account in either of the following ways:
Option 1: In the App
Account deletion is available directly in the TeamCav mobile app. To delete your account, open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account, then follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted as described below.
Option 2: By Email
You may also request account deletion by email. Send a message to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". To help us verify your identity and locate your account, please include the full name and email address registered to the account. We will process your request and confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data from our active systems, including:
- Your user profile and account information (name, email address, and login credentials)
- Your roster and team membership records
- Messages and communications you sent through the platform
- Player profile information, where applicable
- Other personal data tied to your account
What Data Is Retained
Certain records may be retained after account deletion where we are required to keep them to comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. This may include payment and transaction records associated with paid plans or processed payments. Where data is retained for these purposes, it is kept only for as long as required by applicable law and is then deleted or anonymized. Payment card details are never stored by TeamCav; all payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider, Stripe.
Processing Time
